爱吃水果的注意了！今年荷兰苹果将变少？真相居然是…
喜欢吃苹果的朋友，今年或许可以多尝尝梨子。荷兰水果种植者协会(NFO)和蔬菜水果行业协会(GroentenFruit Huis)最新数据显示，今年荷兰苹果产量预计仅为2亿公斤，较去年减少约20%。
去年荷兰苹果迎来大丰收，产量远超常年平均水平，也直接造成了今年的产量回落。和苹果的减产态势相反，今年荷兰梨子收成喜人，预计产量上涨10%，接近4亿公斤。
对于苹果减产的情况，果蔬中心相关负责人表示这在预料之中。苹果树存在典型的"大小年"现象，一旦某一年产量超高，次年果树的结果量通常会自然减少，属于正常的生长规律。
此次减产最明显的是几款大众主流苹果品种。其中荷兰种植最广泛的Elstar苹果，今年产量预计比去年少21%，Jonagold苹果的产量也下降了约20%。
而梨子之所以能实现增产，得益于今年绝佳的生长环境。负责人介绍，今年的气候条件非常适合梨树生长，而且去年Betuwe地区的梨子收成不佳，今年当地梨树长势回暖，整体产量大幅回升。
除了产量变少，荷兰苹果的种植规模也在持续萎缩，今年苹果果园的数量还将继续减少3%。核心原因是荷兰本土苹果的市场需求持续走低：一方面海外采购订单减少、出口量大幅下滑，同时荷兰本土的苹果消费量也趋于平稳、略有下降。
不过最终的收成情况还未完全敲定，生长季最后几周的天气，尤其是充足的水分，会直接影响苹果和梨子的最终产量与果实品质。预计8月底，今年的首批新鲜荷兰苹果和梨子就会陆续上市售卖。
