突然成了“香饽饽”？荷兰年轻人扎堆当老师，发生了什么？
据荷兰媒体Trouw援引荷兰大学联盟(UNL)数据报道，想当中小学老师的学生越来越多，高校师范相关课程报名人数大幅上涨。刚结束的这个学年，师范专业新生注册人数比上一年增加了 13.5%。细分数据来看，小学师范专业新生增长12.9%，一共有568人报名；中学师范方向新增报名2029人。其中一年制教育硕士最受欢迎，报考人数涨幅高达21.5%。
荷兰一直存在教师紧缺的难题，荷兰大学联盟主席Caspar van den Berg认为，报名人数上涨是个非常积极的信号。他表示，之所以越来越多人想当老师，一部分原因是想要入行当老师，现在可选的途径比以前多了不少。
现在大学里既有小学方向的师范课程，也有教育硕士项目，读完之后可以去中学教授对应科目。针对缺老师比较严重的学科，还开设了时长更短的培训路线，同时也提供多种渠道，方便职场人转行成为教师。
Van den Berg介绍，近几年各大高校陆续新增不少师范相关课程，也一直在积极宣传大学教师培养项目，现在努力终于看到了效果。
今年2月，荷兰应用科学大学联盟就公布过，旗下小学师范培训项目(PABO)的新生数量，连续两年持续增加。不过情况好坏不均，中学学科师范专业的报名人数明显下滑，冲淡了小学师范专业招生上涨带来的积极效果。
