AUK Logistics is providing an end-to-end freight service including warehousing, domestic distribution, and international air and ocean services. From over 100 tons shipment to a letter less than 100g, nothing is too big or too small for us. We delight customers and partners by making every detail right.
Job Title岗位职责
In this position, you are the key person to make the shipment flows. You are in constrict contact with various suppliers and parties to offer an optimal service to the customer. You ensure accurate handling of documentation, reports, and shipment administration.
Your tasks are, and not limited to:· Daily order taking from customers and filing；· Solving problems and answering customer questions；· Identify and provide multiple scheduling and mode of transport options；·Track order fulfillment progress；· In time reporting for any service or operation issue.
Requirements应聘要求
· Fluent speaking and writing in English and Mandarin；· Degree in Logistic Management, supply china management, or any other relevant business administration degree；· 2 years or more experiences with air freight, sea freight or rail freight from A-Z；· Experienced with MS Office( Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)；· speaking another European language is a big plus；· Holding a valid Dutch work permit.
