Accounting & Back office AssistantResponsibility/Activities:
Accouting
Input daily exchange rate and send email / Cash payment and bank payment / All accounting bookkeeping, including AP, AR, GL, / Arrange weekly payment back to HQ / Make credit notes / Monthly closing /Monthly finance reports delivery on 4th and 6th of each month, including IS&BS&GL reconciliation, LCM, bad debts etc. /Approve shipment releases / Sign workflow for shipment release, payment request, credit application, customer rebate / Bookkeeping invoices of triangle trade /Taxation issues: Prepare VAT report, check yearly corporate income tax tec / WEEE, ICT reporting / Insurances: track insurances renewal data, monthly report and credit application etc. / Prepare documents for audits / Office assistant works, / Countract control and bookkeeping / ect
Back-Office
RMA: Incoming, Outgoing control. Scan in / Scan out shipments and prepare documents / Bookkeeping for RMA shipments. Buffer stock control, ect
Logistic: Incoming, out going control / ERP AR/AP/Customer/item/ect maintain / ect
PROFILE:
- Major in Accounting or Finance
- Accurate, proactive, eager to learn
-Team player, able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of Dutch language is an advantage, English and Chinese are a must
- Detail job function will be explained during the interview.
