招聘岗位：销售及市场助理
岗位职责：
1、与销售团队、旅游团队和合作企业共同工作；
2、负责通过与旅行社、航空公司、银行、超市、酒店、大使馆等合作，吸引客人前来购物村；
3、协调各部门之间的工作，处理行政事务；
4、报告并跟进各项目的进度。
岗位要求：
1、熟练使用Word、Excel和Powerpoint;
2、熟悉微信、微博、Facebook等社交媒体的使用；
3、善于发现细节，有敏锐的洞察力；
4、可以工作到截止日期。
5、良好的社交能力，能够与不同部门、合作伙伴、公司和来自不同国家的人合作；
6、对时尚购物充满兴趣和热忱；
7、工作勤奋，动手能力强，出现问题可以及时找出解决方案；接受灵活工作时间；
8、有良好的幽默感。
语言技能要求：
- 荷兰语/中文/英语（如果会法语和德语会成为加分项）。
工作经历：
- 至少1年相关工作经验。
工作地点：

Sales & Marketing Assistant ( Full-time or 4/5)
Maasmechelen Village , thé luxury shopping destination in Belgium, is looking for an dynamic, pro-active Sales & Marketing Assistant to start as soon as possible.
In this fun and varied role you will be part of the Sales, Tourism and Partnership team, who are responsible for driving guests to the Village through partnerships with Tour Operators, Airlines, Banks, Credit Card Companies, Supermarkets, Hotels, Embassies…
You are the link between the team and other departments. Your varied responsibilities include a.o. administrative support to the team, reporting, following-up on communication assets, ..
You do not live too far from Maasmechelen Village (max 45').
Languages:
- Dutch/Chinese/English (French and/or German are a plus)
Skills:
- working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- ability to use social media tools, WeChat, Weibo, Facebook
- structured with an eye for detail, you can work with deadlines
Personality:
- good social skills, able to work with different departments, partners, companies and nationalities
- interested in shopping & fashion
- hard worker, hands-on mentality, always looking for solutions, no 9-to-5 mentality
- you have a good sense of humor
Experience:
- a minimum of 1 year relevant work experience
