PE Supervisor (Overseas repair)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for introduction of test & process specifications and standards from headquarters and local repair factories to overseas service network/agencies, ensure the implementation and execution of specifications and standards.
2. Responsible for improving technical maintenance ability of overseas service network.
3. Supervise on implementation of project roadmap for overseas service network/agencies according to the market plan of new product, and responsible for yield rate of introduction.
4. Responsible for process optimization and improvement of overseas service network/agencies, as well as optimizing service cost.
5. Responsible for evaluating and monitoring the capability of overseas service providers.
Key Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, English can be used as working language.
2. 3+ years’ experience in PE/IE project management or similar field in electronic industry, with at least 2 years relevant overseas experience in PE management or technical support.
3. Strong work ethic with high degree of adaptability and logical thinking.

PE主管（海外返修）
工作职责：
1. 负责将总部和国内维修工厂的测试规范，制程规范和标准导入海外服务网点及服务代理，并对规范标准落地负责；
2. 负责海外服务网点的维修技术能力培养和改善；
3. 依据新品上市规划，对海外服务网点和服务代理的工程项目的Roadmap监督推进，并为导入达成率负责；
4. 负责海外维修网点和服务代理的制程优化改善，优化服务成本；
5. 负责对海外服务商的能力评估，评审及监控。
任职资格：
本科或以上学历，英语能作为工作语言；
3年或以上电子行业PE/IE工程管理或相关工作经验；
2年以上海外PE管理或技术支持相关工作经验；
工作严谨认真，有较强逻辑思维和应变能力。
