about cooperate with your company to help our project

Dear Sir,

We are the second year students from the Saxion University. Our subject is international business and management studies (IBMS). In this semester we should do a project in direction of information management process.  For this project, we would like to have collaboration with your company and after that we will provide a report with presentation of what is the actual problem(s) and our recommendation of how to solve it/them. An example of related subject can be how to control the internal process of your company efficiently. Your customer service can be an example of this. How complain handling data can be organized efficiently or if a customer place an order and for any reason a mistaken order is sent to your customer. That being said, we would try to find out what went/goes wrong in the process and then come with suggestions of how to do it efficiently.  

For what we are going to do, the actual company problem needs to be determined. Principals may state that your company problem is a decrease in profits or revenues, or your company wants to attract more customers but does not know how to do this like I mentioned before. When the problem has been identified and the literature has been reviewed, we will start to write a plan of approach. It contains a description of what it is that is going to be researched, why research is needed and how the research will be designed and carried out. And it will be delivered on March 5th. After this, then we will start to focus on the final report like I said it above. And it will be delivered on May 30th.

This project has the subject of Information Management. We will investigate the following subjects on Information Management in your company:

• Information Management in general

• Auditing procedures

• Process flows

• Information Flows

• Controls

• Information Systems.

• Business Intelligence

So during this time, we will come to visit your company every week or every two weeks (it depends) to find out the main problem that exists and give our recommendations and solutions based on that in the final report.
