Responsibilities:

-  负责欧洲供应链公司的人力资源的培训，分配，安排，指导和训练来实现仓库运营人力资源的目标；执行政策和程序；传达工作期望；规划，监督，评估和审核工作绩效；

Accomplishes warehouse operations humanresource objectives by training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, anddisciplining employees; enforcing policies and procedures；communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising,and reviewing job contributions;

-  统筹仓库运营管理的信息，为实现仓库运营目标，提出战略建议；制定并完成生产计划；实施生产，对生产率，质量，客户服务标准进行管理；解决问题；完成审核；

Achieves warehouse operations operationalobjectives by contributing warehouse operations information and recommendationsto strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans;implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards;resolving problems; completing audits;

-  建立库内运营系统，分析和管理库内工作流程，人员配置，空间管理，设备布局；

Develops warehouse operations systemimprovements by analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements,and equipment layout;

-  配合完成仓库运营的财务目标，预测需求，编制预算，安排支出，分析差异，并制定纠错措施；

Meets warehouse operations financialobjectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; schedulingexpenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

-  制定，遵守并执行安全工作环境和标准，遵守法律规定；

Maintains safe and healthy work environmentby establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complyingwith legal regulations.

-  制定访问政策和程序，协调安全部门，制定流程，保护财产；

Secures property by developing protectionand access policies and procedures; coordinating patrols with securitydepartment.

Job requirements:

-  3年以上仓库管理工作经验，拥有经理级别工作经验；

At least 3 years working experience in theWarehouse Management fields, with recent departmental Manager role;

-  具有处理和分拣系统操作经验者优先；

Processing and sorting system operationexperience preferred;

-  有跨国企业相关工作经验；

Possession of practical knowledge andactual working experience in Both Chinese and European corporations, extensivecomprehension in enterprise Culture are essential for this position;

-  中文和英语听说读写流利；

Fluency (writing and speaking) in Chineseand English;

-  有高效管理团队的能力；

Ability to manage team members effectively;

-  有准确分析判断信息的能力；

Ability to accurately analyze information;

-  有数据录入分析，以及做工作报告的能力；

Data entry and data processing skills andReporting skills;

-  对细节的敏锐度和关注度；

Maintaining attention to detail;

-  多任务协同处理能力。

Ability to work multitasks.
