Responsibilities : 1. Being the centre point of contact for sales order placing for entire Europe region 2. Efficiently process orders and coordinate deliveries 3. Be involved with the entire sales operations process, from issuing invoice, navigating customer to payment platform , issuing sales order , purchase orders and other trade-related documents. 4. Responsible for shipment arrangement and inventory management (including stocktaking) to ensure smooth & consistent goods delivery. 5. Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly. 6. Collaborate with sales staffs in daily operation and prepare reports if needed 7. Issue invoice and collect payment Qualifications and Requirement · Able to coordinate with different stakeholders · Able to adapt to a fast-growing environment. · Willing to do hands-on jobs and other administration tasks. · Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
