Administration Specialist
职责:
-与物业管理方及不同维护商保持联系,维护仓库和办公室的正常运作;
Keep close contact with property managers and different maintainers to ensure the day-to-day operation of warehouses and offices in good order;
-了解公司资产的使用及库存情况;
Keep insight knowledge of the inventory of the company's assets;
-资产管理,负责登记,整理,分类,并保存公司采购的物资;
Asset management, be responsible for the registration, sorting, classification, and storage of the company's procurement of materials;
-完成公司安排其他的行政和采购任务。
Complete other administrative and procurement tasks assigned by the company.
要求:
-至少本科学历,有相关行业经验者优先;
At least bachelor degree, with relevant industry experience is preferred;
-做事认真仔细,有耐心,责任感强;
Careful, patient, strong sense of responsibility;
-中英文流利,会荷兰语者优先;
Fluent in Both Chinese and English, good command of Dutch is a big plus;
-有驾照者优先。
Holder of drive license is a plus.

Executive Assistant
Based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands
Responsibilities
-Diary management (internal & external), including forwarding planning of required meetings/ events;
-Preparing, setting up, coordinating, and participating internal meetings and events, plus meeting attendance and minute taking/production/circulation;
-Preparing presentation material and requesting/collating/drafting/distributing internal reports;
-Monitor deadlines and progress of specific Global Projects;
-Preparing trip schedules and coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements;
-Develop, manage and improve a variety of supply and service provider resources (e.g. office supplies, industrial products, contractors, etc.);
-Be responsible for material procurement applications, orders, and payment of the entire process of implementation, and to complete the procurement of materials tasks according to the company's requirements;
-Asset management, be responsible for the registration, sorting, classification, and storage of the company's procurement of materials; keep insight knowledge of the inventory of the company's assets, and develop an asset procurement plan accordingly;
-Ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
-At least bachelor degree, with relevant industry experience is preferred;
-Possession of a wealth of supplier/vendor resources is preferred;
-Insight knowledge of the procurement process;
-Careful, patient, strong sense of responsibility;

Administration Specialist (Front Desk)
岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
• 负责前台的日常接待工作;
Responsible for daily reception work at the front desk;
• 熟悉公司业务及基础的产品知识,能够在前台给客户进行初步介绍和答疑;
Be familiar with the company’s business and basic product knowledge and be able to give initial introduction and answer basic questions to the customer at the front desk;
• 与物业管理方及不同维护商保持联系,维护仓库和办公室的正常运作;

• 开发,管理并完善各种供货和服务供应商资源(如办公用品,工业产品,承建商等);

• 根据公司要求完成物资采购任务,支持办公室装修和维护等工作;
Completing material procurement tasks in accordance with company requirements as well as supporting work such as office fit-out and maintenance;

岗位需求Job Requirements
• 至少MBO学历以及两年以上的相关经验;
At least MBO degree, with more than two years related experience;
• 有丰富的供应商资源者优先;
Possession of a wealth of supplier resources is preferred;
• 熟悉采购流程 ;
Insight knowledge of the procurement process;
• 做事认真仔细,有耐心,责任感强;
Careful, patient, strong sense of responsibility;
• 会流利的英文以及荷兰语;
Fluent in English and Dutch;
• 优秀的口头、书面和组织能力;
Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills;
• 优秀的时间管理能力。

Administrative Assistant
Based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands
Responsibilities:
-Update MD’s working calendar; organize/coordinate meeting schedule; and prepare necessary documents for the meetings/events;
-Prepare minutes of meeting for meetings chaired by department manager upon request and ensure that it is distributed accordingly;
-Travel organization for MD and other VIP visitors: book hotels, flights, transportation; do reimbursement and prepare travel expense report;
-Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project;
-Assess project risks and issues and provide solution where applicable;
-Order and maintain stationery and office supplies, operate office equipment and manage office space;
-Deal with purchasing requisitions and reimbursement documents;
-Other administrative tasks assigned.
Requirements:
-1-3 year’s relevant or related experience;
-Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills, fluent in English and Mandarin is a Must, Dutch or other European language will be a big plus;
-Holder of Dutch drive license B;
-Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
-Logical and structured approach to assessing, planning, and delivering projects;
-Agile mindset; ability to think outside the box.
