职位1:

Cross-Border Influencer职位：数字化项目管理培训生
Trainee：Digital Project Management and Data Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要工作职责）

1. Assisting on Project Management by tracking the complete process with detail metrics
2. Testing each sprint together with our development team
3. Assisting product owner to analysize digital logics with the traditional business model
4. Build data model and operate data processing for fashion and beauty product in both Excel and online database
5. Content deployment
6. eCommerce Operations

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS（技能要求）

1. Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate degree or master’s degree or in the middle of career change
2. Preferably but not limited to one of the following majors or inclusive curriculums: Computer Science, Software Engineering, eCommerce, Digital Innovation
3. Advanced Office skills, especially Excel
4. Native Dutch or English speaker, Chinese or other European language is plus
5. Skills on Phython, PHP, and Java is absolute plus
6. Hands on with knowledge in eCommerce, website building and digital marketing
7. Agile with data structure and data processing
8. Knowledge of system implementation project management
9. Outstanding interpretation skills on digital operations from traditional operations
10. Good understanding of the fashion and beauty industry
11. Fluent English language skill



职位2:

Cross-Border Influencer职位：网红营销助理实习生/培训生
Intern/trainee :Influencer Marketing Associate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要工作职责）

1. In-house brand marketing
2. Research and identify key influencers within designated verticals APAC/ EU/NA, as well as build a rich portfolio data for each influencer and brand
3. Draft and build influencer deliverable agreements as well as system tutorials
4. Build robust and easy to use procedure and provide guidance for brand to deliver clear message into system function blocks
5. Responsible for the designing, execution, management, and content quality control of all related campaigns
6. Utilize system data analysis to improve the process of review and selection of influencers and improve data themselves accordingly
7. Communicate with influencers, brands and third parties
8. Monitor and steer campaign budgets and process to make sure set campaign KPIs are met
9. Build and manage portfolio and performance database of influencers to ensure the return on investment and key performance indicators meet
10. Lead and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on results (posts, impressions, conversions)
11. Support influencer communities
12. Create marketing materials production
13. Ensure optimal communication with all stakeholders at all stages

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS（技能要求）

1. Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate degree or master’s degree, or in the middle of career change
2. Preferably but not limited to one of the following majors or inclusive curriculums: Marketing, Media, PR, eCommerce or International Business
3. Advanced Office skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint
4. Photoshop & video-editing skills are a plus
5. Native written and spoken English is a must, other languages are a plus
6. Hands on with social media, digital marketing, and eCommerce
7. Detailed with influencer marketing quality index
8. Organized on event management
9. Passionate on content creation and creativity
10. Fluent English language skill
11. Other foreign language is plus
12. Outstanding interpretation skills on digital operations from traditional operations
13. High self-motivations with strong sense of planning and responsibility
14. Excellent communication skills in teamwork
15. Good understanding of the fashion and beauty industry is a plus
