Position: Freelance Recruiter

Work location: Remotely

We are an executive recruitment company focus on a niche market which helps Chinese

corporates searching for oversea talents.

Are you willing to work remotely with flexible hours depending on projects?

Are you ready to accept a commission-based remuneration & ready to handle long term

projects (2-6+ months)?

Job Scope:

Manage the recruiting process from A to Z, including: talent search, industry analysis, candidate

ability assessment, background survey, update talent database, candidate interview counseling,

salary negotiations, on boarding process following-up.

Support our Chinese clients to recruit high-end professionals for different regions, including Europe,

Americas, Africa and Southeast Asia. Communicate extensively with senior international talent, from

interviews, negotiations and career planning etc.

Job Responsibilities:

l Responsible for analyzing the target industry and research on client’s needs.

l Identify the requirements and qualifications of the position from the client’s recruitment needs,

analyze the market and establish the search direction and goals.

l Accurately convey the recruitment needs of clients, conduct interviews and evaluations for

candidates, and determine suitable candidates.

l Conduct compensation coordination and negotiation with candidates.

Job Requirements:

l Bachelor degree or master 's degree or currently pursuing either degree, with overseas study

background in international trade, international business background is preferred.

l Preferably more than 1 year of work experience in recruitment or a related field (internships

count).

l Preferably with understanding of various recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn.

l Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.

l Flexibility to work independently and remotely also adapt to different time zones, if required.

l Team-spirit, patient and resilience; target-oriented, pro-active, detail-oriented, strong drive &

self-motivation.

l Comfortable with working independently and with flexible work & commission-based

remuneration.
