招聘岗位：初级财务经理

工作内容：

优化财务管理体系，如审查财务和公司SOP并提出改进建议，通过内部控制测试分析财务风险、并制定和实施改进计划，财务团队/财务制度/日常管理等优化；
公司账务质量控制；
参与公司经营决策相关的税务影响分析、识别和评估，具体涉税事项处理；
参与重大业务项目分析，出具财务专题分析报告；
其他非常规财务工作处理，如公司审计、转移定价等；
财务团队人员培训。

能力要求：
会计、金融或相关专业的学士学位；
有至少3年财务工作经验；
有1年以上财务团队管理经验者优先；
熟悉荷兰会计准则及其他会计法规；
具有荷兰税务处理经验；
有跨国企业财务工作经验者优先，有会计/税务相关证书者优先，了解公司法/劳动法等法律法规者优先；
基本荷兰语听说读写；会说中文者优先；
有强烈的责任感和工作热情，以及良好的沟通表达能力。

Role Overview
TP-LINK Benelux team is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to support and manage the daily operation of the finance department of the Benelux region. Directly reporting to the Finance Manager, you need to give solicited and unsolicited advice and with your critical eye, you help the organization further. You are also responsible for accounting & reporting, monitoring and improving administrative processes, and preparing to budget. Job Duties： Assistant Finance Manager

Task and Responsibility:
Coordinate and assist in the budget process, monthly financial forecasting, and cost reports;
Support line manager to ensure internal control processes and identify the potential financial risks as well as provide insightful improvement plan and implementation. Process improvement through efficient finance setup and advisory on the SOPs;
Describe, manage, and monitor financial processes across the departments;
Participate in major business project assessments and prepare specified analysis reports with recommendations to help business partners to make fact-based decisions;
Involve in the monthly/quarterly/yearly closing process, coordinate with the accounting team to ensure a smooth closing. Prepare monthly/yearly report;
Participate in the tax impact analysis and assessment and financially influence the company's business decision-making process in the scope of tax-related topics;
Regulatory compliance matters especially on the Dutch side;
Other tasks include transfer pricing, and year auditing process, etc..
Assist to lead, manage, and coach the finance team.

Profile:
HBO / WO work and thinking level, in the area of accountancy, finance, or business economics;
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/bookkeeping roles;
Relevant financial managerial work experience is an advantage;
Experience within an international or multinational business environment;
Excellent working knowledge of GAAP;
Knowledge of Dutch tax laws and regulations nationally, experienced in handling local tax cases (and international as an advantage);
Excellent problem identification and reporting skills;
Strong written and spoken English is required. The Chinese language is an advantage, not a requirement;
Accurate, analytical, and good communicative skills.
