We are looking for an accountant who will support our team through teamwork. As an accountant, you will join our finance department and collaborate with our brilliant colleagues in monitoring and ensuring our financial status. Most importantly, you will obtain a rare chance of getting hands-on experience in cross-border transactions and insight into the international logistics industry, especially maritime logistics.

As a logistics planner, you will join our most talented and organised team of logistics coordination. This position will offer you a rare chance of insight into maritime logistics and modern supply chain, from the fine details of your daily task to the great picture of the industry.

Responsibilities
Hands-on in every aspect of the logistics and warehouse. Admin and operations. Running a swift and smooth fulfillment and logistics operation.
Inbound and outbound logistics operations such as; transportation, inventory control. Secure optimal shipping methods to meet shipping schedules and requests.
Monitor import and export processes to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Monitor logistics partners' performance through the development of KPIs and quarterly reviews.
Day-to-day management and development of the team (several part-time workers, several suppliers).

Manage reconciliation of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
Act as a resource for peers and team
Understand and utilize the container-based delivery model to find process improvements and cost savings within an area of responsibility and/or team
