| Job ResponsibilitiesAs a core member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding the market, identifying potential clients, and converting them into long-term partners. Your specific responsibilities will include: Market Expansion: Actively search for and develop prospective clients through multiple channels (such as cold calling, site visits, social media, and industry exhibitions) to expand the market share of the company's products. Client Relationship Management: Deeply understand client needs to provide professional consultations and tailored solutions; conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to establish stable, long-term strategic partnerships. Commercial Negotiation: Lead business negotiations, product/solution demonstrations, contract drafting, and signing, while efficiently driving project implementation. Sales Target Achievement: Break down individual annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets, formulate action plans, and go all out to ensure the achievement of sales performance goals. Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical, and after-sales teams, providing timely feedback on market trends and client insights to help continuously optimize our products and services. Qualifications1. Education BackgroundDegree: Bachelor’s degree or above, business, or other related subject Language: Fluent oral and written English skills are required; additional European language capability (e.g. Italian, Spanish, German or French) is a plus.
