在第七期的海牙中资企业大讲堂中,海牙商务局、荷兰生活网,并特邀3位荷兰专家一起为大家解读荷兰有关并购及控股公司设立的法律、财税的知识,并跟大家交流他们在实际操作中积累的经验。
演讲人 Imap:Balthazar den Breems,May Wu Balthazar den Breems是荷兰公司IMAP的合伙人。他曾为企业家、银行客户经理、会计师和政府相关部门进行过不同行业的并购课程培训,也曾担任鹿特丹伊拉斯姆斯大学(Erasmus University in Rotterdam)管理学院的客座讲师。他擅长的行业是农业食品(蔬果贸易、饲料与种植)、商业服务(薪资管理与人力资源IT)、医疗IT和旅游IT。
May Wu拥有超过7年的并购经验,尤其是在中国的海外交易方面。May擅长的领域是财务分析、估值和交易咨询。May曾参与了不同行业的多个并购项目,重点在零售、农业和食品、医疗保健行业。
演讲人 TMF:Moses Tjhin
Moses Tjhin,总部在阿姆斯特丹的TMF公司的亚太业务发展总监,负责亚洲对外投资项目。他在企业服务行业有近20年的经验,为来自世界各地和各行各业的客户提供服务,并担任过荷兰国有企业、上市公司和私人公司等各种荷兰实体公司的常务董事。
2014-2015年,Moses常驻香港。他前后协助了多家中国公司在德国、比利时、荷兰的收购案例。

Moses Tjhin, being Director Business Development Asia Pacific and based in Amsterdam, is responsible for Asia Outbound Investment engagements. He has close to 20 years’ experience in the corporate services industry, servicing clients from all over the world and all industry, and acted as managing director of various Dutch entities on behalf of various state-owned enterprises, listed companies and private companies.
