空运专员 AIR EXPORT - FULL TIME

职位： 空运专员

工作地点： Schiphol

工作时间：全职

Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:

Coordinatingshipments with Shippers andReceivers

Correspondingwith overseas agents and clients

Workingwith airlines/trucking companies toobtain quotations and handle the movement offreight

Preparingquotations for clients and overseasoffices/ agents

Issuingdocumentation(ie. AWBs etc.)

Handlingthe files from A to Z

Knowledgeof Air Import operations is a plus.

JobRequirements:

- Fluent inboth Chinese and English,  Dutch is a plus

-Be able towork independently, multi-task, be ateam player and work in a fast pacedenvironment

-Possessexcellent written and verbalcommunication skills

-Have computerskills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

- Havevalid Dutch work permit

工作职责：

与发货人和收货人协调货运

与航空公司/货运公司合作以获取报价并处理货运

为客户和海外办事处/代理商准备报价

处理相关文件从A到Z (AWB等）

具备空运进口操作知识者优先

工作要求：

-中英文流利，会荷兰语者优先考虑

-具有团队协作精神,积极的工作态度和独立完成工作的能力

-具备与客户良好的交流能力

-抗压能力强

-熟悉Office应用程序和Outlook

-持有荷兰工作许可
