Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the introduction of newcustomers' systems, including the back-end authority configuration of thelogistics system, and training customers to use the system to place orders;

2.Follow-up on abnormalities of customers'daily use of warehouse distribution system, coordinate R&D, product,planning, operation and other departments, answer customer questions, ensuresmooth customer operations, and improve customer satisfaction;

3.Responsible for completing the quotationimport and daily maintenance of the billing system, assisting in promotingonline billing, sorting out and improving the settlement process of warehousedistribution business income, and completing the issuance of customer onlineand offline income bills;

4.Responsible for the completeness andaccuracy of income, assist in the summary statistics of monthly income, answercustomers' questions about warehouse distribution bills, track customerpayments and write off in time.

Job requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above, logistics andsupply chain management major is preferred;

2.More than 3 years of logistics businessservice/operation work experience, familiar with warehouse operation andlogistics distribution business;

3.Proficiency in using Office software andsensitive to data;

4.Have strong communication skills,project coordination skills, and good customer service awareness, with strongresistance to pressure;

5.English and Dutch needed. Chinese is abig plus.
