Job Description:
An inside sale will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making calls and emails per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Job Responsibilities:
1.        Making tailor-made quotations for different customers.
2.        Able to answer a variety of logistics questions, and procedures from customers.
3.        Follow up after-sales customer servery and keep management up to date on the status of each customer’s situation.  
4.        Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
5.        Understanding customer needs and requirements, making an efficient logistic plan and solutions.
6.        Working closely with Marketing management, coordinating with sales tools and necessary marketing plans.
7.        Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
8.        Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.
Job Requirement:
1.        Bachelor's degree in Logistics background.
2.        Fluent in English, Chinese
3.        Working experience in sales or marketing in the logistical industry is preferable.

Accountant Intern
Duration: 6 months with a possibility of a full-time contract.

We are looking for an accountant intern who will support our team through teamwork. As an accountant intern, you will join our finance department and collaborate with our brilliant colleagues in monitoring and ensuring our financial status. Most importantly, you will obtain a rare chance of getting hands-on experience in cross-border transactions and insight into the international logistics industry, especially maritime logistics.

Job description:
1.        Preparing accounts and tax returns
2.        Monitoring spending and budgets
3.        Auditing and analysing financial performance
4.        Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports
5.        Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
6.        Keeping account books and systems up to date.

Requirements:
1.        Able to sign a NUFFIC Agreement or be able to grant a work permit in the Netherlands. Enrolled as a student during the internship.
2.        Fluent in written and speaking English & Chinese.
3.        Detail-oriented.
4.        HBO level of thinking.

Location: Rotterdam.
