疑似人传人！荷兰豪华邮轮突发罕见病毒疫情，已致死三人

一艘荷兰邮轮近日爆发罕见汉坦病毒（Hantavirus）疑似疫情，目前已造成3人死亡、至少7人确诊或疑似感染，整艘船一度被多个港口拒绝靠岸，引发国际关注。

原以为是“老鼠传染”，如今怀疑可能有人传人

汉坦病毒通常被认为是由鼠类等啮齿动物传播，人类多因接触受污染的鼠尿、粪便或唾液而感染。

但此次事件特殊之处在于船上目前尚未发现鼠患迹象。

这让调查人员开始怀疑，本次疫情可能并非传统的鼠类传播，而是涉及某些极少数具有人际传播能力的汉坦病毒毒株。

WHO指出，虽然绝大多数汉坦病毒不会人传人，但南美部分毒株曾出现过极罕见的人传人案例，因此目前尚不能完全排除船上有限度人际传播的可能。

由于疫情原因，邮轮一度被要求停泊在佛得角附近海域，部分港口拒绝其靠岸。船上乘客被要求留在客舱内，等待进一步医疗评估和转运安排。

汉坦病毒到底有多危险？

汉坦病毒在荷兰和欧洲都较为罕见，但严重时可引发高烧、肌肉酸痛、呼吸困难、肺部积液、急性肾损伤，部分重症病例可迅速恶化，甚至致命。

不过公共卫生专家强调，普通公众感染风险仍然极低。

事件仍在调查中，目前调查重点包括病毒具体毒株确认、是否存在船上人传人、感染源来自乘客、船员还是航线途中暴露、是否与南极/南大西洋停靠点有关。

荷兰卫生部门表示，在最终调查结果出炉前，仍需谨慎看待此次疫情。
